EU online dispute resolution
The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, on which it was based, was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; the former ODR platform is therefore no longer available.
Consumer dispute resolution / universal conciliation body
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body under section 36 VSBG.
